Hardware Basics: What a clever idea!

In this week's class we talked about hardware basics. I've used computers for some time. I am a college student and I know a great deal about using a computer, when it come to my academic career as a student. There is still a lot that I have to learn to be where I ultimately want to be with learning more about computers and there function.

In class we had to create a PowerPoint assignment about how to build a PC. From that I learned that putting one together is very simple and not as complicated as it seems. However, the components that make up the computer are complex and have extreme importance.

The main focus of the lecture was about hardware. Hardware keeps your data in your computer even when its turned off. So this great invention has changed the world. This is so great for our environment. It saves a lot of money, so in terms of economics and the environment, it's less trees that have to be cut down This means less paper that has to used to file and transfer data and information. I'm sure whoever came up with the creation of hardware, is eating the fruits of their labor.
